Additional usage, including commercial advertising, paid promotion, resale, licensing to third parties or other uses outside the original agreement, may require additional permission or licensing.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Gun to Tape may wish to display work created as part of its services for portfolio, website, social media, marketing and promotional purposes.

Where the use of particular content requires additional permission or consent, Gun to Tape will obtain that permission where appropriate.

Where content features identifiable individuals, the use of that content will also be subject to applicable privacy, data protection and other relevant legal requirements.

The Gun to Tape website may contain links to, or embedded content from, third-party platforms including YouTube, Instagram and TikTok.

We do not own or control content published by those third parties.

Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their own terms and policies.
